Rental Rates stated above are per week for the villa and not per person and are inclusive of florida sales tax of 13%.

Optional Pool heat is $95 US / £50 GBP per week (including tax) to be requested in advance. Pool heat is recommended for October to April.
A Deposit of 20% of the total rental cost with a completed booking form is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable.
Balance + $400 US / £200 GBP security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be mailed back to you upon satisfactory checkout inspection by our Management company.
